About Us

Law firms come in all sizes, from large firms with hundreds of lawyers to small firms composed of a sole attorney. At the Rooth Law Firm in New Port Richey, Florida, I have chosen to be a sole-attorney practice. Doing this allows me to provide my clients with personal service.

Personal service is important to the people I represent, who include injured and disabled workers. When my clients come to me, they are often at one of the most difficult points in their lives. They are dealing with the aftereffects of a serious injury, illness or disability that has rendered them unable to work — sometimes for an extended period of time. They are also facing financial hardship because their workers’ compensation or Social Security disability benefits have been delayed or denied.

Providing You With Personal Service

If you are dealing with an on-the-job injury or a disability that prevents you from working, my goal is to ease the burden on you and your family, and to help you obtain the benefits you deserve. As your attorney, I will deal with the resolution of your legal claim, allowing you to concentrate on your health and your family.

While I have two legal assistants who will help me with the paperwork, I am the attorney who will handle your case from start to finish. If you need to go to a trial or a hearing to obtain the benefits you deserve, I am the lawyer who will be by your side.
